Who can be recommended?

There are two conditions that proposed candidates must meet:

• The candidate has not postulated at Finsiders in the past year

• The candidate must be recruited with an open-ended contract or a special contract for the self-employed
  

How to proceed?

It is interesting to keep an eye on our website so that you are always aware of what vacancies are available. Spontaneous applications are also welcome. If you would like to recommend someone, please send an e-mail to jobs@finsiders.be and include the following information:

• Function for which you think this person is suitable
• Possible number of years of relevant experience
• CV attached to the email
  

The selection

When our team of Talent Managers receives the CV, they will screen it thoroughly. The proposed candidates will not receive preferential treatment and will be treated in the same qualitative manner as all our other candidates.

What is the reward?

As a reward we provide a voucher of your choice of €500. This amount will be paid out after the person has been employed by Finsiders for 6 months.

Terms and conditions

The present provisions constitute the general conditions of recommending a candidate to Finsiders:

• The Applicant is only eligible for a referral fee if it is a permanent, open-ended recruitment of potential candidates ("The Nominated Candidate").

• The Nominated Candidate may be a friend, acquaintance or family member. The nominator is not permitted to recommend candidates he does not know.
• The nominator is eligible for a referral fee in the form of a net amount of €500.
• The referral fee is awarded to the applicant if the recommended candidate remains in service for at least 6 months. After the period of 6 months this referral fee will be paid.
• No referral fee will be issued if a nominated candidate is hired but does not (fully) complete the first 6 months of permanent employment.
• Where applicable, the tax related to the referral fee will be paid by the applicant (by withholding).
• If Finsiders is unable to provide the designated referral fee, an alternative gift of equal value will be provided for which the same general conditions apply.
• The referral fee is not a permanently acquired right. However, it is possible to receive a referral fee several times for several candidates.
• The applicant is not eligible for the referral fee if the nominee was already registered as an active candidate in our database on the date of nomination, or in the 12 months preceding the date of nomination, or if the HR department has already received the nominee's details but has not yet entered them in its database.
• A candidate may be nominated to our HR department only once. If a candidate is recommended to our HR department by more than one nominee, only the person who first recommended that candidate to our HR department is eligible for the referral under this program.
• The nominee must have been informed and given consent to the disclosure of his/her information to Finsiders.
• The nominator accepts that Finsiders is not liable for any losses or claims resulting from the use of the referral fee.
• Finsiders reserves the right to modify or terminate the terms and conditions of recommending friend(s), or any part thereof, at any time and without notice.
• In the event of any dispute regarding these terms and conditions, the rules of this program, its conduct, results and any other matters concerning this program, Finsiders' decision shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
• Finsiders assumes no responsibility for paying any tax or other fees arising from the provision of this Referral Fee. This responsibility rests entirely with the Applicant.
• These terms and conditions and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them are governed by Belgian law, and the parties are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Belgian courts.
