i.deeds set up a data warehouse for Inagro's HR department to collect and process relevant data. The data was visualised via MS Power BI, and the existing data warehouse was extended with HR-related information, such as competence profiles, roles and payroll costs. Several systems were integrated, including payroll, personnel database, training tool and various Excel files.
